marine vessels!!!
marine vessels is a water craft design to move across waters.
they so many types of marine vessels
cargo ship, passenger vessels, commercial vessel, fishing vessels these are four types of marine vessels used for diffrent types of work.
cargo ship is usde to carries cargo, goods, and materials from one port to another.
A passenger ship is a ship whose primary function is to carry passengers and their goods only.
a commercial vessels are engaged in commercial trade or that carries passengers for hire. this would exclude pleasure craft that do not carry passengers for hire or warships.
fishing vessels is a boat or ship used to catch fish in the sea, or on a lake or river only.
hulls design!!

when we were doing the vessels we decided to do the deep vee because it would be easy for the boat to move fast in the water.
With the shallow Vee hull boats, the propeller has a much better chance of staying in the water.
The advantage of a shallow-vee boat is that there is less hull in contact with the water, which mean less drag. For this reason, shallow-vee rc boats are very popular as entry level racers rather than general sport boats.
the materials used were propeller,
motor,
batters,
plastic board and syrofrom.
the propulsion/force used when testing the boat was human and natural because of the bush to make it move and natural for the waves.
evalutation stage
investigation stage i think we kind of did a good job. we got a 4 because we handed in our work late, at that time there was a problem with the internet so we could not send our work. i think if we could have a collecting information for the problem, describes the problem, detailed, explains, list some requirements and also analyzing information from some acknowledged sources if we could have done this in the investigation we could have goten a higer for this stage.
design
in design we really did a good job because we followed the assessment criteria and we mark the desig then came up with a way of doing it better so that we could get the best in this stage. the things we need to improve in are we need to generate a range if practical designs each measured against the design requirements we did,justifies the design we have chosen state why we as a group chose it and why.
plan
stage was okay and we did it very well compaide to all the stage we did during this term
we need to improve in detailed, orderly step on how you would do the work, date, time, duration and lessons neened to do it, justifie any modification to the design.
create
this was the most challenging stage bacause be boat had to acording to the spec, hull we decided to do for the boat and also what we stated in the investigation. we need to improve in following the plan, justifies any modification made doing the work and good quality of work.
handing in the work on time and for the modification at last minture we dicidede to change a few things in the boat like the hulls and so many other things.
